Acerca de esta herramienta
PDFs are built to be read, not revised, which is a problem when you have the PDF and need the text - the original document is gone, or was never yours, and retyping four pages is an hour you will not get back.
This reconstructs an editable Word document from the PDF. Paragraphs are rebuilt as flowing text rather than isolated lines, headings are detected from font size and weight, tables are rebuilt as Word tables, and images are placed in position.
It will not be a perfect facsimile. PDF stores glyph positions, not document structure, so reconstruction involves inference - complex multi-column layouts and heavily designed pages need cleaning up afterwards. For text-led documents, the result is usually close.

Preguntas frecuentes
How accurate is the conversion?
Good for text-led documents. Multi-column layouts, sidebars and heavy design work need manual cleanup, because PDF does not record document structure.
Will it work on a scanned PDF?
Not directly - a scan is an image. Run OCR PDF first to add a text layer, then convert.
Are tables preserved?
Detected tables are rebuilt as real Word tables. Tables drawn without ruling lines are harder to detect and may come out as text.
Does it open in Google Docs?
Yes. The output is standard DOCX, which Word, Google Docs, LibreOffice and Pages all open.
