About This Tool
Most PDF jobs are not one operation. You get a scanned contract where page 3 is upside down, pages 8 and 9 are blank, and the signature page needs to move to the front. Doing that across three separate tools means three uploads and three downloads.
The Multi Tool puts every page operation on one screen. You see thumbnails of the whole document, drag pages into a new order, rotate the ones that came in sideways, delete what you do not need, drop in a blank page, or pull a range out into its own file. Changes stack up and you export once at the end.
Everything runs in the browser tab. Your file is read by JavaScript on your own machine and never sent to a server, which matters when the document is a signed contract or a medical record.
How to Use
Open your PDF
Drag the file onto the page, or click to browse. You can load up to 10 files if you plan to merge them.
Work on the page thumbnails
Drag to reorder, click the rotate handle on a crooked page, select pages to delete, or mark a range to extract.
Stack up as many changes as you need
Reorder, then rotate, then delete. Nothing is committed until you export, so you can undo as you go.
Export the result
Click Process and save the finished PDF. Extracted ranges come out as separate files.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many files can I load at once?
Up to 10 documents when merging. There is no file size cap, though anything over a few hundred megabytes will depend on how much memory your browser can spare.
Do bookmarks survive?
When merging, bookmarks from each source document are carried over into the combined file. Deleting a page removes any bookmark that pointed only at that page.
Can I undo a change before exporting?
Yes. Nothing is written until you click Process, so reordering and deletions can be reversed while you work.
Is there a page limit?
No hard limit. Documents in the hundreds of pages work fine; thumbnail rendering for a 1,000-page file takes a few seconds to settle.
