About This Tool
Page order goes wrong in predictable ways. A duplex scanner puts all the fronts first and all the backs after. Someone appends the cover page at the end. A form needs its instruction sheet moved behind the part people actually fill in.
This is a drag-and-drop page manager. Every page is a thumbnail you can pick up and drop somewhere else. You can duplicate a page when the same terms sheet needs to appear in two places, and delete pages you no longer want, all in the same session.
The layout is a grid, so a 60-page document is still navigable - you are not scrolling through a single long column looking for page 47.
How to Use
Load the document
Drop in your PDF. Pages render as a thumbnail grid with page numbers.
Drag pages where they belong
Pick up a thumbnail and drop it at its new position. The rest shift to make room.
Duplicate or delete as needed
Use the copy handle to repeat a page, or the delete handle to drop it from the output.
Save the new order
Click Process. The rebuilt PDF downloads with pages in the sequence shown on screen.
Use Cases
Fixing a duplex scan
Pages came out as 1, 3, 5 then 2, 4, 6. Interleave them back into reading order before anyone else sees the file.
Moving the cover to the front
The designer sent the cover as the last page. One drag and the document opens correctly.
Repeating a page in a pack
The signature block needs to appear after each of three schedules. Duplicate it twice and position the copies.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I duplicate the same page more than once?
Yes. Each duplicate is an independent copy you can position separately.
Do internal links still work after reordering?
Links that pointed to a page within the document are remapped to follow that page to its new position.
Is there a limit on document length?
No fixed limit. Very long documents take a moment to render all thumbnails, after which dragging is responsive.
Can I undo a drag?
Yes. Nothing is written until you click Process, so you can keep rearranging or reload to start over.
