About This Tool
Emails need to be archived as evidence more often than anyone expects - a disputed instruction, a complaint trail, a record for an audit. Forwarding them is not archiving, and a screenshot loses the headers that establish who sent what and when.
This converts .eml and .msg files into a PDF that keeps the full header block: from, to, cc, bcc, subject and timestamp. Inline images referenced by CID are resolved and placed correctly instead of appearing as broken references, and links stay clickable.
Attachments are embedded into the PDF, so the record is self-contained: one file holding the message, its formatting and everything that came with it. Date formatting and time zone handling are configurable, which matters when the timestamp is the point of the exercise.
